Wonderful Accessible Stay

My stay included an accessible room and it provided ease of access. The location provided easy access to restaurants and shops. The air conditioning worked perfectly during a very hot day. I appreciated that feature. The staff assisted with my cancelled flight and they quickly arranged a taxi.

I had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs.

The room decor had lovely details and i adored the showroom quality toiletries. i also appreciated the in-room nespresso machine, it was a wonderful touch. the location felt perfect. It was near wonderful boutiques and restaurants.

the air conditioning made noise, even when it was off. i requested a room change, but the reception staff seemed unsympathetic. they also showed limited interest in assisting me.
